Shipping

All our products are made to order, which means delivery times may differ. Our standard practice entails allocating a processing period of up to seven working days for each order. We package and ship the products from our studio in Northern Ireland. Please note that we cover delivery costs but cannot be held responsible for additional import duties or local taxes.

Care

For cleaning, simply wipe using a slightly damp cloth. Please note that since each piece is handcrafted, minor color variations and small imperfections on the surface may be present. These characteristics are an inherent part of our casting process, and and contribute to the distinctiveness of each individual piece.

Refund Policy

We offer refunds within the first 30 days of your purchase.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• The item must be in the original packaging.

• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To begin the return process we ask that you contact us at contact@skwidstudio.com. We will then send you further instructions.

Once approved you will be refunded on your original payment method.

We respect your privacy and won't share your email, postal address, or telephone number. We may contact you by mail, email, or phone, primarily for customer service related to your order. We won't give out your email address to other companies.
